Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch joined the Area IV Agency on Agining and Community Action Programs and RealAmerica Development, LLC for the groundbreaking of H38 East Apartments in Lafayette December 19th. This development is part of Moving Forward 2.0 program.

Lt. Governor Crouch Visits Carpenter Court
Lt. Governor Crouch visited this newly opened affordable housing development, which has been touted as one of the “first successes” of the Evansville Promise Zone. This 45-unit, adaptive reuse development of the former St. Joseph Catholic School, was developed by Pioneer Development Services, Inc. and Keller Development.

CSH Supportive Housing Summit 2019
CSH, a recognized leader in supportive housing solutions, is hosting its CSH Summit 2019 in Indianapolis on April 30 – May 2, 2019. CSH selected Indianapolis for their national summit in part because of its long-standing presence in Indiana and the annual Supportive Housing Institute. Professionals working in affordable housing, medical and mental healthcare, education, IDD, child welfare, justice reform, addiction treatment, homelessness response and community planning are encouraged to attend. Point-in-Time Count
The 2019 Point-in-Time Count will take place on January 23, 2019. The Point-in-Time Count is a nationwide count of sheltered and unsheltered homeless persons on a single date in January.
