2020-2021 QAP Drafts and Public Hearings
In an effort to fully engage our partners in the creation of the 2020-2021 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and to provide ample opportunities for feedback, IHCDA will release two drafts of the 2020-2021 QAP and will host two public hearings before releasing the final version. Drafts will be posted on the Rental Housing Tax Credit webpage and a RED Notice will be released to announce that each draft is available for review.
The anticipated timeline for the 2020-2021 QAP revision process can be found in the chart here. All dates are subject to change at IHCDA’s sole discretion.
