Response to Hurricane Florence
In accordance with Revenue Procedures 2014-49 and 2014-50, IHCDA is permitting all owners of low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) properties within Indiana to provide temporary emergency housing to displaced individuals affected by Hurricane Florence. For
additional information on the emergency housing relief, please see RED Notice 18-41.

2018 Excellence in Affordable Housing Awards
The 2018 Excellence in Affordable Housing Awards were presented
at the Indiana Housing Conference last week.
The awards are presented to the most outstanding new properties in four
categories and celebrate the best in Indiana affordable housing development.

Valley House Flats Groundbreaking
IHCDA was pleased to
attend the groundbreaking of Valley House Flats in Brookville. Located at
the site of the former Valley House Hotel, this development will provide both
affordable and market rate housing for seniors in Downtown Brookville.
