      Shamrock Estates

On May 30th, IHCDA’s Executive Director Jacob Sipe and members of the Real Estate Department traveled to North Liberty for the grand opening of the newest addition to the Shamrock Estates senior housing development. There, they joined North Liberty officials and many partners that made this second phase of this Stellar Communities project a reality.
