Crowdfunding
campaign launched for the "Lively Lakefront Playground" Project
Daviess and Martin Counties will soon have a new playground at West Boggs Park, thanks to a new crowdfunding campaign. The campaign, sponsored by the IHCDA and offered through the crowdfunding platform developed by Patronicity, is being run by the Daviess Martin Joint County Parks Department.
If the campaign reaches its $15,000 goal by January 15, 2018, The Lively Lakefront Playground & Zipventure project will receive a matching grant of $15,000 from IHCDA's CreatINg Places program.

Florence Fay Grand Opening Ceremony
We were pleased to join TWG Development on December 14th for the Grand Opening of Florence Fay School Senior Apartments. The development is the renovation of an iconic school building to fill an unmet need for senior housing in an aging neighborhood. Located in the Twin Aire neighborhood of Indianapolis, the development will serve area seniors (55+) through the creation of 73 units of quality affordable housing in a centralized location. Dozens of former students attended the ribbon cutting ceremony. TWG hosted a second ribbon cutting that afternoon for the Grand Opening of Monon Lofts also located in Indianapolis.
