Loan Servicing Platform Strategic Analysis
The Indiana Housing and Community
Development Authority (IHCDA) seeks
to engage a contractor to provide assistance in developing a feasibility study
(“Study”) and an implementation plan (“Plan”) to determine IHCDA’s ability to
service mortgage loans internally for its own homeownership programs.
