IHCDA...On Location: Tom Casalini's Studio
In celebration of the 30-year anniversary of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, IHCDA and the Indiana Affordable Housing Council (IAHC) commissioned master photographer Tom Casalini to develop a portrait series. The series, titled "Portraits of the Human Spirit: A Sense of Place", features residents from 18 LIHTC developments throughout Indiana.
