MCMV Program Named Semifinalist in Harvard’s Innovations in American Government Awards

Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, recognized IHCDA’s My Community,
My Vision (MCMV) program as part of the 100 programs named as Semifinalists
in this year’s Innovations in American Government Awards competition. MCMV will
compete to be named a Finalist and have the chance to be

First CreatINgPlaces Project Reaches its Funding Goal
Wabash Riverfront Plaza, the first project to launch through our CreatINg Places program, successfully met its funding goal! Launched by Wabash Marketplace, Inc. through Patronicity, the project will develop two major components: a riverfront courtyard and terraced steps to provide access to the river and the development of access from Wabash River to the project area.

2017 Institute Teams Announced
Teams from
Columbus, Elkhart, Martinsville, Indianapolis and Plymouth will
be participating in the 2017 Indiana
Supportive Housing Institute.
Over the next six
months, these teams will work closely with IHCDA and the Corporation for
Supportive Housing (CSH) through a series of
targeted training and group exercises. They will also be provided technical
assistance and presented with pre-development financing opportunities...more.
