Moving Forward Program Participants Awarded Funding

Rental Housing Tax Credits (RHTC) through the General-Set-aside in an amount not to exceed $750,000 and a Development Fund loan in an amount not to exceed $500,000 were awarded to both 2015 Moving Forward Program participants BWI, LLC and Pedcor Investments for affordable housing developments in Bloomington and Fort Wayne...more.

We announced at our December Board of Director's (BoD) meeting that East Chicago, Gary and Hammond will each receive additional funding totaling $5,591,000 to address blighted homes in Lake County through Indiana's Blight Elimination Program (BEP).
