My Voice Portal
IHCDA has officially launched a new initiative called My Voice Portal (MVP).
MVP is an online form that any IHCDA partner can fill out to provide feedback on a specific IHCDA policy, process, or form. Partners must identify themselves, identify a program and specific item they are commenting on, provide a narrative explaining why this is an issue, and suggest a proposed solution. The purpose of MVP is to give partners a more official method of submitting feedback and to emphasize that we welcome constructive comments throughout the year, not just when specific funding policies are out for public comment.
We hope you will utilize MVP so we may better assist you!

Please welcome IHCDA's New Chief Financial Officer - Craig Wells
Hello, Everyone! I’m Craig Wells and I am very
excited to be a part of the IHCDA team. IHCDA makes a significant and tangible
impact on so many communities around our great state, and it is an honor to
have the opportunity to contribute in some small way towards that. I am a
lifelong Hoosier, raised on the south side of Indianapolis (Go Southport!) and
a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington (Hoo! Hoo! Hoo! Hoosiers!).
Most of my career has been in banking and finance, including stints at Fifth
Third Bank and JPMorgan Chase, but I also served as CEO of the Franklin Development
Corporation for several years. My most recent job was Chief Financial
Officer for an aviation firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
