CreatINg Places

IHCDA has announced the start of an exciting new initiative called CreatINg Places. CreatINg Places is a collaborative effort between IHCDA and Patronicity in which residents can use “crowdgranting” to be part of the development of strategic projects in their communities and be backed with a matching grant from IHCDA. “CreatINg Places aims to help generate public involvement in the selection of creative improvements within their own communities, help provide the funding to see the project through completion, and instill community pride when citizens become invested in their surroundings,” said Jacob Sipe, Executive Director of IHCDA.
