Notice of Filing of 2015 Combined Annual Performance Evaluation Report

Notice is hereby given that the Indiana Office of Community & Rural Affairs (OCRA), and the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) will file their 2015 Combined Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) with the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) on or about September 30, 2016.

These programs are funded through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) under Title I of the Housing & Community Development Act of 1974 as amended.

The CAPER provides information on the expenditure of activities with regard to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, the Home Investment Partnership (HOME) Program, the Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) Program, and the Housing Opportunities for Persons With Aids (HOPWA) Program.

OCRA will have the 2015 CAPER Report Draft available for public inspection prior to its submission. Members of the public, especially persons of low to moderate income, are invited to review the CAPER prior to its submission during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday, September 15, 2016 through Thursday, September 29, 2016, at the Indiana Office of Community & Rural Affairs, One North Capitol, Suite 600, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204.
