IDA Administrator Application Now Open

The IDA Administrator Application is open now through September 16, 2016 for the 2016-17 program year. Each year, IHCDA awards eligible non-profits, Community Action Agencies and Community Development Corporations funding to service and adminster Indiana's IDA accounts accross the state. Moving Forward

Moving Forward 2.0 Recipients Announced

The two participants in the the Moving Forward 2.0 program have been announced. The Area IV Agency on Aging and Community Action Programs and Community Action of Greater Indianapolis (CAGI), which are both Community Action Agencies (CAAs) in Indiana, will work with developers to create affordable, energy efficient affordable housing along with transportation options.

Site Visits Celebrating 30 Years of LIHTC

In August we visited several tax credit properties, joining our partners and state and local officials in celebrating the 30 year anniversary of the LIHTC Program.

2016 Charity Golf Outing

The Annual Golf Outing was held at the Golf Club of Indiana in Lebanon. 35 teams of four participated in this year's event. The weather held out despite threats of rain, and a great time was had by all.

This year's outing was held to benefit The Villages, Indiana's largest not-for-profit child and family services agency.
