Institute Finale
Earlier this month in Bloomington during the finale of the 2016 Indiana Permanent Supportive Housing Institute (IPSHI), teams comprised of developers and providers unveiled plans to create supportive housing in Anderson, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis and Evansville. Moving Forward 2.0 Respondents and Presentation Date Announced
We received five responses to the 2017 RHTC General Set-Aside “Moving Forward
2.0” Program Request for Qualifications. On Monday, August 15th starting at 1:00 PM, each team will
provide a 15-minute presentation, followed by 10 minutes of questions from the IHCDA selection

IHCDA...On Location
For the latest video as part of the IHCDA…On Location series, we
traveled to 906 N. Beville Avenue. This Indianapolis home located on city’s
near east side, is the site of the first home demolished, rebuilt and to have
someone living in it using Blight Elimination Program (BEP) funds in the

2016-17 My Community, My Vision Program
Local Units of Government (LUGs) interested in their community’s
young adults play a key role in planning efforts should apply
to the 2016-2017 MCMV program. The LUG will recruit a group of high
school students, work with them to submit the essay
application to IHCDA, maintain the group’s involvement during the MCMV
program year, and provide support to the BSU mentor throughout the

2016 Indiana Housing Conference
There is still time to register for the 2016 Indiana Housing Conference. The conference will take place August 25-26, 2016 at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis. The Annual Golf Outing will take place the day before at the Golf Club of Indiana in Lebanon.
