Curriculum Courses

Indiana thrives when its neighborhoods, cities, towns and regions are strong. Building capacity around a community’s existing leadership and assets is the foundation for a sustainable and healthy community. The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA), the Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA), and High Performance Government Network (HPG Network) have collaborated to create a curriculum of courses to help build capacity in Indiana's hometowns.
