 Local Units of Government (LUGs) interested in their community’s young adults play a key role in planning efforts should apply to the 2016-2017 MCMV program. The LUG will recruit a group of high school students, work with them to submit the essay application to IHCDA, maintain the group’s involvement during the MCMV program year, and provide support to the BSU mentor throughout the process...more


Indiana Receives $3 Million Allocation from the Housing Trust Fund

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced recently that IHCDA will receive a $3 million allocation from the Housing Trust Fund (HTF). HUD announced last month that the total 2016 HTF funding is $174 million. To be eligible to receive HTF funds, Indiana (like other states) must prepare and submit their HTF allocation plans by August 16, 2016...more
