Indiana 2016 Action Plan Stakeholder Survey

The State of Indiana, as a recipient of funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), is conducting a survey targeted to our partners and stakeholders to: (1) Provide an opportunity for comment on the 2016 preliminary draft Annual Action Plan and (2) Confirm that the community development and housing needs identified for the 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan are still applicable. Your feedback is absolutely critical to us as we establish priorities and identify need for Consolidated Plan-governed resources.

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Jen Garner from BBC Research and Consulting at jgarner@bbcresearch.com
