Sign removal at the intersection of S.R. 28 and Granville Rd. near Albany

DELAWARE COUNTY, Ind. - Indiana Department of Transportation plans for a sign removal on State Road 28 near Albany.

Beginning on or after Friday, September 27, crews will remove the temporary stop signs at the intersection of S.R. 28 and Old Granville Rd., which requires traffic to make a 4-way stop. Once crews remove the signs, S.R. 28 will return to the normal through traffic configuration. The temporary stop signs will be removed due to the opening of the S.R. 28 bridge over the Missessenewa River.

INDOT reminds drivers to consider worker safety by slowing down, using caution and avoiding distractions when traveling in and near work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
