Sagamore Parkway Bridge Project will close lanes in early April

TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announce one lane will close on Sagamore Parkway in West Lafayette on or after Monday, April 1.  The contractor will begin building the crossovers for traffic to be eventually shifted into one lane in each direction on the eastbound bridge.

This project will replace the deck on the westbound Sagamore Parkway Bridge.  This project is scheduled to be completed in early August of this year.

The project was awarded to Halverson Construction Co for $3.1 million. The work also included replacing the deck on the Soldiers Home Road Bridge that was completed last year.
