The
E-Verify Federal Contractor Rule
Background
The
Federal Acquisition Regulation rule requires federal contractors to use
E-Verify to electronically verify the employment eligibility of employees
working under federal contracts. These rules reinforce federal government
policy that the federal government does business only with organizations that
have a legal workforce.
E-Verify
is a free, internet-based system operated by the U.S. Department of Homeland
Security in partnership with the U.S. Social Security Administration. E-Verify
allows participating employers to electronically verify their employees’
employment authorization with results returned online within seconds. Read More

Don’t miss contract opportunities
because you didn’t submit your annual No Change Affidavit.
If you have not enrolled in ITAP, go to: https://itap.indot.in.gov/
to start the process. Just follow the easy-to-understand instructions to
complete the enrollment process and access the DBE applications. A quick reference guide is provided to assist you through
each step.
If you are enrolled in ITAP and have access to the DBE and
ACDBE Application, look for a reminder before your anniversary month to submit
your No Change Affidavit.
Feel free to contact EOD’s Certification or Supportive
