Sales Tax Information Bulletin #7: Application of Sales Tax to Meals and Banquets has been updated to reflect changes to the treatment of sales by nonprofits in Senate Enrolled Act 382 (2022) involving the replacement of the selling day rule with an annual $20,000 threshold.
