Food Distribution Program

President's Day Reminder

  • As a reminder, President's Day is on Monday, February 18.
  • Please plan accordingly for orders and deliveries to be made that week, even if the school is closed.
  • School staff should be available on the normal delivery day to accept, verify, and inspect the delivery.
  • If school staff cannot be present at the school site, the recipient agency (RA) will need to choose a future delivery period or the RA may be subject to a missed delivery and drop fee from their state contracted warehouse (Dilgard, McFarling, Stanz, or Wabash).
  • Please remember, it is the RA's responsibility to have school staff present for USDA Foods deliveries during school breaks, holidays, and closures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Questions? Contact Cheryl Moore at cmoore@doe.in.gov.
