IDOE Food Distribution Surplus Item - Dried Cranberries 100301

Good morning RAs,

We would like to announce that we have a surplus of dried cranberries, WBSCM item #100301.  We need to get this item out of the warehouse as soon as possible. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, you may do so by following the steps listed below: 

1. Login to CNPweb under the Food Distribution Program green puzzle piece. 

2. Read the update message update screen. Then scroll to the bottom and click the continue button.

3. Go to the RA summary screen and click the "Allocations" tab. It is the fourth tab and is listed between the "Surveys" and "Inventory" tabs. 

4. Once on the "Allocations" tab, click the gray "Add Surplus" button.

5. Go to the white box underneath the "Request Qty" column and enter the amount of cases you would like.

6. Then, click Next Page at the bottom of the page and then submit. 

7. Once you hit submit, return to the "Allocations" page and you should see the transaction under the Alloc ID. It should say "Req" followed by 6 numbers (i.e. Req123456).

8. Finally, you should go to your inventory tab and you should see the product listed. You may now place the item on an order form.
