Indiana Department of Education
Friday, January 12, 2018

Dr. Jennifer McCormick

Dear Educators:

This week marked our first year in office. I appreciate your voices, the role you are playing with our students, and your support. Thank you so much.

We want to thank all of those who gave input on the development of Indiana’s ESSA plan. Our state plan was recently recognized as one of the top ten in the nation.

On Wednesday, the State Board of Education met and we covered many important areas. Please continue to communicate with the Department, as your input, insight, and inspiring stories are needed and appreciated.

Sincerely,

Dr. Jennifer McCormic
