Rockville Correctional's Courtney Jones Promoted
to Correctional Caseworker
Rockville, Ind. – Rockville Correctional Facility (RCF) Deputy Warden for Re-Entry, Pam Ferguson is pleased to announce the promotion of Courtney Jones to Correctional Caseworker.
Courtney joined RCF as a Correctional Officer in June of 2018 quickly acclimating herself to the surroundings. Courtney quickly excelled at many of the core duties of her position enabling her to work a number of specialized posts including the Facility's Secure Housing Unit (SQ), and Locations. SQ houses offenders who must be temporarily separated from open population often because of violent conduct. Locations staff are responsible for maintaining an accurate accounting for all offenders in the facility.
Courtney continues to be an active member of RCF's Emergency Squad – a dedicated team of professionals complimenting Indiana Department of Correction's Emergency Response Operations in maintaining the safety and security of Indiana’s prison population, staff, and the communities we serve.
In her new role Courtney will now assist the offender population with determining their eligibility for various programs preparing them for their reintegration into their home communities.
