IARA County/Local Records Management - Updating the 2022 List of Secretary/Chairpersons

Good morning County/Local Agencies,

Last year, I reached out to all 92 counties verifying the name and contact information for the Chairperson and Secretary of their County Commission of Public Records. 

The Chairperson is elected from members of the Commission, although I've found it tends to be the judge of the circuit court.

The Secretary will always be either the Clerk or Recorder.

This year, my co-worker, Kara Chinn will be reaching out to you! Actually, she probably already called or emailed you for the information. Please respond to her at your earliest convenience. 

If you have a change in Secretary or Chairperson throughout the year, please email cty@iara.in.gov within 30 days of election.
