Hello Clerks and staff,
Are you thinking of switching to a new content management or recordkeeping system? Do you want to see how your current system compares to electronic record keeping industry best practices? IARA has produced a handy checklist that we encourage all government agencies and offices to take advantage of to help steer decision making and better understand existing systems. Please find SF 56882 - Recommended Capabilities for Electronic Recordkeeping Systems attached to this email, or at https://www.in.gov/iara/webfile/formsdiv/index.html.
If you wish to share your answers with IARA, please send a copy of the completed checklist – we like to gather as much info as possible for research purposes. Or if you would prefer, you can just use it as a tool for your own reference.
