Dear Valued Customer,

Pace is transitioning to Ventra™, the easy new way to pay your fare for trains and buses on Pace and the CTA. As a result of this transition, the magnetic stripe Campus Connection pass is no longer available from the Pace Online Store or any Pace sales outlet. As of January 2014, college students must load the Campus Connection Pass to a Ventra Card with a college entitlement applied to his/her transit account, and use the Ventra Card to ride. Please see this explanation on how students can obtain that entitlement. The process depends on whether the student already has a Ventra Card.

Students whose schools do not distribute Ventra Cards directly to students should use this form to obtain the college entitlement.

Pace recognizes that college students in the six-county suburban service area need affordable transportation. The cost of the pass remains the same for the Spring 2014 semester. Find out more about the Pace Campus Connection Pass program here.

Note: The Ventra website is currently being updated. As a result, college students are not able to purchase the Campus Connection Pass until the update is complete. However, you are able to apply for and obtain the entitlement at any time. Thank you for your patience while we update the website.

Sincerely,

Pace Suburban Bus
