Grace Voter Registration

WAUKEGAN, Illinois – Avoid standing in the voter registration line on Election Day. Register now. Despite fast approaching deadlines, Lake County residents still have several opportunities to register for the first time or update an existing record before the November 8th Election Day.

Lake County residents may register online until October 23 through the Illinois State Board of Elections website (https://ova.elections.il.gov).

Early voting sites will be open and offer Grace Registration from Oct. 24 to Nov. 7. You can use any early voting site regardless of where you live. Some voting sites will offer extended evening and weekend hours. Visit LakeCountyClerk.info and click on the November 8 Election icon to see a complete listing of all early voting locations and find the most convenient one.

Grace voter registration is also available at the Clerk’s office weekdays from 9 a.m. to
5 p.m. until October 21.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens, residents of their precinct for 30 days before Election Day, 18 years old on or before the general election, provide two forms of valid identification, and vote at the time of registration.
