In collaboration with Mudlark Theater, the Evanston Public Library is creating an after-school club for Black youth with the goal of connecting their imaginations and literacy skills, and exploring the world of storytelling. Run by teaching artists and library staff of color, we'll build a space for youth to feel comfortable sharing their experiences and support and affirm their creative work.
If you have a youth in 3rd, 4th or 5th grade and think they would like to participate, fill out this form to get more information.
