Join the Film It! Challenge
A film-making challenge (with prizes!) for students in grades 5-8
Create a short (30-90 seconds long) movie, include five core filmmaking elements, and enter it into our festival. Our librarians can lend you gear and help you with tutorials and troubleshooting.
Interview your grandparent, or create a stop-motion video with objects, a Tik-tok style dance, or a how-to tutorial on something you want to show others. It’s up to you! Submit your movie, win prizes, and see it on the big screen at our Film It! Challenge Festival on July 28.
Open to all D65 students and Evanston residents entering 5th through 8th grade this fall. Get the details at FilmItChallenge.org.
Bonus: Join us for Teen Nights at Robert Crown and be a part of our Experimental Film Club. The next Teen Night is July 6. Register.
