Robin Rue Simmons has asked that the developer attend the 5th Ward meeting in April 10 to provide an update to the community and solicit feedback.

empower partner parents logo

Are you overwhelmed during your child's special education meetings? Would you like someone by your side? A Parent partner can help!

The purpose of the Parent Partner Program is to empower caregivers to successfully navigate their special education meeting and improve outcomes for their child.  Attending school meetings alone can be intimidating and overwhelming.  If you’d like someone to sit by your side and guide you through the process, a Parent Partner can help. The service is free.

To receive support from a "Parent Partner" go to www.evanstoncase.org and click on the Parent Partners link to fill out an application or call Evanston CASE at 847-556-8646 to request an application.

Each year, starting in the spring, Evanston’s more than 300 unpaved alleys are periodically graded by the City to eliminate potholes and ruts caused by vehicles, weather and other factors. The process improves travel and reduces puddling. Find out when your alley zone is scheduled to be graded by viewing the 2019 Alley Maintenance map or calling/texting 847-448-4311.
