EVANSTON, ILLINOIS - The City of Evanston's annual firewood sale will take place on all four Saturdays of November, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 2310 Oakton St., between the former Recycling Center and the Evanston Animal Shelter.

Only cash and checks will be accepted as payment. Employees will be available to help load firewood into customers' cars; wood cannot be delivered.

Prices are:

• (4’x4’x1.5’) x 2: $150
• 4’x4’x1.5’: $80
• 2’x4’x1.5’: $50
• 1’x4’x1.5’: $30
