All work is weather dependent and utility conflicts may cause delays.
MARK AV
The week of May 19, the contractor will install new storm sewer on Mark between approximately 757 Mark and Madelyn Drive. They will begin at 757 Mark and proceed to the east.
The operation typically involves working on a small area at a time, excavating ahead of the pipe installation, installing the pipe, then backfilling the area. The contractor can typically install 75-100 feet of piping per day. Driveways on the south side of mark may be temporarily closed while the sewer pipes are being installed.
Please be alert for construction equipment and laborers and obey instructions from flaggers. Short term intermittent access limitations from trucking should be expected.
On-street parking is NOT PERMITTED where indicated by temporary "NO PARKING" sign postings. Working hours are weekdays 7am to 5pm.
