On May 15, a temporary water main shut down has been scheduled for Madelyn between Mark and Timothy to make a connection between the new and old water systems. The shut down is scheduled for the following:
MAY 15, 2025
9AM - 1PM
Madelyn (Mark to Timothy)
As a precaution, please flush your pipes using the lowest faucet in your house for several minutes or until the water is clear, as rust in your pipes may have come loose. You may also receive notification for a boil order, which would be in place until the water can be successfully tested, typically 24-48 hours.
The weeks of May 5 and May 12, the contractor will transfer water service lines to the new main the weeks. The contractor anticipates transferring 2 to 3 services per day, for a total duration of 5-7 days. This activity consists of turning off your water for approximately 1-2 hours and constructing the necessary piping to make the connection.
Please be alert for construction equipment and laborers and obey instructions from flaggers. Short term intermittent access limitations from trucking should be expected.
On-street parking is NOT PERMITTED where indicated by temporary "NO PARKING" sign postings. Working hours are weekdays 7am to 5pm.
