Join Idaho's 1st Remote Testimony Hearing

How to Join Idaho's First Remote Testimony Committee Meeting

 

For Immediate Release

 This Thursday at 9:00 am Mountain Time Idaho's Education Committee will hold the very first remote testimony pilot project and you can be a part of it. The Education Committee has two items on the agenda. The first bill you can testify on is H 415. H 415 adds to existing law allowing students to be allowed an excused absence to attend military funerals. The second bill is H 443. H 433 adds to existing laws to provide firearms safety education to primary and secondary school students. To testify on either of these bills you must sign up HERE 24 hours in advance of the hearing and click on the blue sign up button on each bill you would like to testify then click on the grey circle left of the location that you prefer. If you decide to sign up for the remote testimony make sure you are prepared and read the REMOTE TESTIMONY RESOURCES  and watch this video on the REMOTE TESTIMONY TIPS. There are six locations available for remote testimony. If you live in the Magic Valley the remote testimony will be held at CSI, more details are available HERE. If you live in one of the other five locations, Pocatello, Moscow, Salmon/Carmen, Post Falls/ Coeur d'Alene, or Idaho Falls you can find your location information HERE. If you participate in the very first Remote Testimony make sure you follow all the PROTOCOLS and enjoy being a part of history.
