The Norwalk Parks and Recreation Men's Basketball League offers a fun, competitive environment where players can improve their skills while enjoying fast-paced gameplay. This is a non-officiated league that will run 6 weeks. Teams are formed as players arrive, and games are played to 10 points. Scoring is by 1s and 2s, promoting both inside and outside shooting. This format allows for multiple games in a short period, keeping everyone active and engaged. Please bring clean tennis shoes to wear for the program. 20 spots available each season! Fall Session 16

Rise and Tone: Friday Morning Exercise Rise, shine and tone your muscles with this early morning strength class. This class combines strength training and toning exercises to help you start your day feeling strong. Join us for a challenging workout that will set the tone for the rest of your day! Early Morning Cardio & Toning Fitness This early morning exercise class combines cardio and toning. The focus is on maximizing your core strength, firming, and toning your body while increasing your heart rate. A variety of exercise equipment will be used. Bring a mat & water bottle. Registration times: August 31 - September 27, 2026
This program is designed as a cardio/strength training class. It is designed to increase metabolism, increase flexibility and strengthen muscles. You will discover how to change ordinary circuit workouts into extraordinary workouts. Equipment optional: Jump ropes, Medicine Balls, Bands, Hand weights, exercise balls. Bring a mat/towel and hand weights (optional) Mary Jane Sharp in the instructor. Registration times: August 31 - September 27, 2026

This includes children of divorced parents who have joint custody, stepchildren, and foster children. Baby-sitters, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and ex-spouses are not considered immediate family members. Additional household family member(s) is an add-on (not for individual purchase) for those households that have more than 5 members residing at the same address. Must be purchased in addition to a Household Family Membership. A non-resident is defined as anyone living outside the Norwalk city limits. High School Pass: Ages 9th - 12th grade must present a high school ID at time of pass pick up. College Pass: Must be enrolled in college courses and present a college ID at the time of pass pick up. Nanny pass: A pass for your nanny to take your children to the City State Bank Fieldhouse Monday - Thursday. Limit 1 per family. Membership cancellation: (Memberships do not auto renew. You must renew in person or online.) Memberships can not be cancelled once they have been purchased or renewed. Refunds will not be given.
