Spring Session 12
Summer Tennis Lessons (Adults) Adult Beginner/Intermediate Stroke Production - This is a 6 week session. Each week the focus will be on a different stroke, forehand, backhand, volley, serve, return and slice shots. The plan is to review the stroke from the last week, learn a new stroke, and have time to implement the stroke in a live ball game at the end of the class.
Adult Fitness
Last days to register!Total Body Blast Express: Lunch Break Rise, shine and tone your muscles with this early morning strength class. This class combines strength training and toning exercises to help you start your day feeling strong. Join us for a challenging workout that will set the tone for the rest of your day! All levels welcome! Amanda Dorr is the instructor. Recommended equipment: mat and dumbbells. Registration: March 9 - April 5, 2026
This program is designed as a cardio/strength training class. It is designed to increase metabolism, increase flexibility and strengthen muscles. You will discover how to change ordinary circuit workouts into extraordinary workouts. Equipment optional: Jump ropes, Medicine Balls, Bands, Hand weights, exercise balls. Bring a mat/towel and hand weights (optional) Mary Jane Sharp is the instructor. Registration: March 23 - April 19, 2026
Early Morning Cardio & Toning Fitness This early morning exercise class combines cardio and toning. The focus is on maximizing your core strength, firming, and toning your body while increasing your heart rate. A variety of exercise equipment will be used. Bring a mat & water bottle. Registration: March 30 - April 26, 2026
Adult ProgramsVolunteer Opportunities
County Master Gardeners, Friends of Norwalk Parks and Norwalk Parks and Recreation will provide adult assistance while youth plant annuals in the planters at Norwalk City Park. They will start with a short lesson on plant types and names, how to plant pots, and how to care for the plants throughout the growing seasons. Nanny pass: A pass for your nanny to take your children to the City State Bank Fieldhouse Monday - Thursday. Limit 1 per family. Membership cancellation: (Memberships do not auto renew.
