Have you ever wanted to introduce Stand Up Paddleboarding to your younger children but weren't sure just how to go about it? It can be intimidating to watch your little in a big lake or pond while they are learning to balance with you. Come give Stand Up Paddleboarding a try with your child in the pool! We will give instructions and guide you through paddling with your child and helping your child practice their balance on a board on their own! Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent at all times in the water. Life jackets are required for children and can be provided.

This is a majors softball program for middle school girls and will be completely player-pitch focused. Full middle school softball rules apply with slight variations. 11" softball will be used. 60' bases with a 40' pitching rubber. Participants will be assigned to a team. Team t-shirts will be provided. A glove is required. Volunteer coaches will be needed. There will be two weeks of practices and four weeks of games.

Ages 3 - 5 years old - This is a basic intro into the sport of tennis. The class will focus on foot eye and hand eye coordination while using fun age-appropriate games. The class will be taught with red balls and 19- and 21-inch racquet is suggested for this age. No racquets no problem, they will be provided.
1st - 2nd grade tennis - This is an introductory class. The child will learn forehands, backhands, volleys, and how to start the rally. The class will be played on a 36-foot court, with a small net, red balls, and 21-inch racquets. No racquets no problem, they will be provided.
3rd - 5th grade tennis - This is a beginner/intermediate class. The child will learn forehands, backhands, volleys, serves and how to start the point. The last day of class we will have a mini round robin so the kids can experience how to play tennis and keep score. No racquets no problem, they will be provided.
6th - 12th grade tennis - Beginner - advanced levels welcome. The practice will be geared to the ability of the teenager. The hope is, after 4 lessons to focus on match play, correct score keeping and being able to call the ball in/out.
Adult Red Ball Beginner - Red Ball Beginner tennis is geared towards learning tennis quick. By the 4th week you will be able to keep score and play a real tennis match. The focus is on basic understanding of all the strokes while implanting the stroke during play. You will learn where to stand to start the point and recovery. Smaller racquets, smaller courts, easy scoring.
Intermediate Adult - Intermediate tennis is geared toward tennis players that have a basic understanding of the game. This is also for people that have played in the past and want to get back into playing tennis. The focus will be on spins, placement, and tactics.

This program is designed as a cardio/strength training class. It is designed to increase metabolism, increase flexibility and strengthen muscles. Definitions:
A household is defined as all immediate family members residing at the same street address. This includes children of divorced parents who have joint custody, stepchildren, and foster children. Baby-sitters, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and ex-spouses are not considered immediate family members.
A non-resident is defined as anyone living outside the Norwalk city limits.
High School Pass:Ages 9th - 12th grade must present a high school ID at time of pass pick up.
College Pass: Must be enrolled in college courses and present a college ID at the time of pass pick up.
Nanny pass: A pass for your nanny to take your children to the City State Bank Fieldhouse Monday - Thursday. Limit 1 per family.
Membership cancellation: You must notify the office a minimum of 5 days prior to your membership renewal date to cancel for the current month. Refunds will not be given.
