Everyone ages 55 and older is invited to attend a free exercise program that will include stretching and toning. We will meet at the Norwalk Christian Church, located at 701 Main Street. Registration is NOT required. This is a continuous program every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 10:30 am.
