Whether someone needs help with a legal problem, finding a safe place to live, or connecting with a doctor that works for them, the Health Navigation team is ready to serve you! This team works hard to connect Dallas County residents with resources they need to overcome barriers or solve problems. This program is FREE and available to ALL Dallas County residents.
