Adel, IA - The Dallas County Health Department is excited to announce that The Project of Primary Health Care and Polk County Health Department will offer STI/HIV testing in Dallas County. Polk County Health Department currently holds the contract to provide community-based screening in Dallas County and we are excited to see this expansion of services.
