Item 2: A petition to consider a Variance from the minimum lot size on Parcel # 0609200005, 18823 195th St, zoned A-1 (Agricultural), in the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 09, T80N, R28W (Washington Township) for Donnie & Connie Merkey.
