  • VIII. Contested Case Hearing (1 p.m.) — Shelby Ann Kellum, CO 21-007; The board will hold a contested case hearing in the following matter. Pursuant to Iowa Code section 272C.6(1), a contested case hearing may be held in closed session at the election of the licensee. At the conclusion of the hearing, the board will convene in closed session pursuant to Iowa Code section 21.5(1)(f) to discuss the decision to be rendered in a contested case conducted according to the provisions of chapter 17A.
