Today marks the end of week ten of the legislative session and also the second legislative “funnel.” By this time, to remain eligible for consideration in current form, most House bills must be voted out of a Senate committee, and Senate bills out of a House committee.
Most of the bills introduced by the Department have made it through this second funnel, including with amendments. Below you will find a status update for each of our proposed bills (House bill numbers provided):

The next major milestone on the session timetable is the 100th day of session on April 16, which is the target date for adjournment of the 90th General Assembly (note that session may extend beyond this date).
