Covid-19 Vaccine Clinics for State Employees

On Friday, April 16, 2021, two Covid-19 vaccine clinics will be available for State of Iowa employees  during the following times at these locations:

• 8:00 a.m.-Noon: Hoover Building, 1305 E Walnut Street, 1st Floor (use West entrance) - Schedule Appointment Online
• 3:00-5:00 p.m.: Iowa Finance Authority (IFA), 1963 Bell Ave. - Schedule Appointment Online

These Clinics are being offered by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) and the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) and are open to all State employees and their family members. Limited appointments are available, but additional appointments may be added if times fill completely. Please wear a mask and bring your insurance card when attending your appointment.
