Lyn Rolling, R.D.A., of LeMars, Iowa. Ms. Rolling was charged with unprofessional or unethical conduct. There is no hearing on this matter, as this is a combined Statement of Charges, Settlement Agreement and Final Order.
Other Orders
The Board issued a Termination Order in the Matter of Ala'a Al Arabi, D.D.S. The probation placed upon Dr. Al Arabi's dental license has been terminated, and is returned to its full privileges.
The Board entered into a Stipulated Registration Agreement with Joey Brown, R.D.A. Ms. Brown reported multiple convictions on her application for registration.
