The Board issued a Notice of Hearing and Statement of Charges in the Matter of Thomas Cooney, D.D.S., of Indianola, Iowa. Dr. Cooney has been charged with failure to comply with the standard precautions for preventing and controlling infectious disease and managing health and safety concerns related to infection control as required or recommended by the CDC. A hearing has been scheduled for January 23, 2019.
Combined Statements of Charges, Settlement Agreements and Final Orders
Erin McLaughlin-Harkin, D.D.S., of Urbandale, Iowa. Dr. McLaughlin-Harkin was charged with failure to maintain a reasonably satisfactory standard of competency in the practice of dentistry. There is no hearing on this matter as this is a combined Statement of Charges, Settlement Agreement and Final Order.
