Join a new style of training - information by panel discussions and breakout sessions with peer-to-peer mentoring!
Mentors will offer creative solutions for implementing the regulations at the local level. The breakout session will group participants with mentors in an effort to provide effective peer-to-peer mentoring in two topic areas (menu planning and CACFP administration).
At the end of the training, each director will have a plan of action for moving forward in creating healthy child care environments with high standards of operation.

The FBG Calculator is designed to create a shopping list to assist Child Nutrition program operators when ordering food for their programs.
Listen to this recorded webinar to learn how to navigate the FBG calculator. Users also can experience the newly released FBG Calculator on the Mobile App. Program operators will be able to create and use their shopping list on-the-go.

The Responsive Feeding module is an online, interactive course for ECE providers (Head Start and Early Head Start teachers, family child care providers, child care providers). The course teaches providers about feeding best practices for infants and toddlers and how to implement those practices in ECE settings .
The Responsive Feeding module is highly interactive and includes knowledge assessments throughout to support learning. Healthy Eating Research report “Feeding Infants and Toddlers: Using the Latest Evidence in Child Care Settings”.
The module takes approximately 40 minutes to complete or users can complete one chapter at a time.
There is a certificate of completion available to print at the end of the module in addition to lists of supplemental resources.
