50-Yard Shooting Range to Temporarily Close at Charlie Elliott Wildlife Center

TEMPORARY CLOSURE FOR PORTION OF PUBLIC SHOOTING RANGE AT CHARLIE ELLIOTT WILDLIFE CENTER
The 50-yard public firearms shooting range located at the Charlie Elliott Wildlife Center in Mansfield, Georgia will temporarily close beginning Feb. 23, according to the Georgia Department of Natural Resources’ Wildlife Resources Division.
The range, scheduled to re-open on Feb. 28, is set to have noise-reducing infrastructure installed during this time period. During this time of work, the 100-yard range will remain open, as well as the shotgun range and archery range.
